Deleting a User

You can delete a user if, for example, they leave the company.

If the user has devices, you must delete them before you can delete the user. For instructions, see Editing a User.

To delete a user:
1. In the Manage Users page (Setup > Users & Devices > Manage Users), locate the row of the user.
2. Click (the Delete icon) under the Actions column in the row; a confirmation dialog is displayed.
3. Click Delete to confirm. If the user is deleted unless multiple devices are assigned. Otherwise, a message instructs you to delete the devices first.
